@@kapeatbp it’s been almost 7 months and it still hasn’t pop up lol, I will try descaling it. I only use water from my reverse osmosis system so not sure if that has something to do with it
@@arge12 I believe it should pop up every two months, and descale every month. I suggest you get in touch with breville or the shop where you got it from and let them know.

My machine is a little over a month old and I did a flush today and it was leaking from under the machine😢 I had the drip tray in and everything. It’s so hard to get through to customer support. Might you have any idea on what I should do?
I literally followed exactly how you did it and my barista pro still has water coming out of the portafilter spout. Idk why it’s not back flushing. Maybe there’s a bad seal. Also it’s brand new
Hi, thanks for leaving a comment. It shouldn't leak if you've use the blank basket and put the black rubber that came with your portafilter. You might have used the same basket that you use for pulling shots, that's why there's leak.
I tried to run the descaling program as you’ve shown. The cycle starts but will stop after 3s. Is the scale has become too dense causing a blockage? The brewing function also is not working and it stops after 2-3s. Any idea how to troubleshoot?
Sorry to hear you're having this issue. It should complete the cycle as shown in this video. You might need to get in touch with Breville. They might replace it if it's still under warranty.

Just any other cups, they tend to lean when they’re stacked because of the handle, but yeah you can stack two to three cups. Hope that helps. Happy Easter!
