The worst car rental company ever. Stay away from them. They didn’t refund me after refusing my driver license, which was valid. They demanded an international driver license only when I arrived on the destination to pick up the car - this requirement was not mentioned on the rental terms and conditions on the product page, checkout page or confirmation e-mail. Don’t take risks with this small and amateur car rental company - pick others who take the business seriously, such as AVIS, HERTZ,….
⛔️ Beware of them, they are scammers After we rented a car for 4 months , everything was fine and the reserved amount was returned I received a withdrawal of 50 euros and an email stating that I had a speeding ticket, although I was neither in the place nor the time I was in the ticket I informed them by email of the objection and sent more than one email and tried to contact the owner but no one responded. The company has no effective communication any sent to many emails for the company but no one responded I went back to my bank, Al Rajhi, and informed them of the process and that the withdrawal had been made but I did not receive a code or anything I hope that the amount would be refunded, but unfortunately the bank did not do anything And what is more frustrating is that an additional amount of 50 euros was withdrawn again after a second month and a ticket in another area????!!!! Beware of them Whoever took from them should be careful and cancel the cards
I’m going to drop my car off but will be staying at Holiday Inn LAX, can I get a ride there? Or do I need to ride to airport and then catch hotel shuttle? Thank you.

Hey George, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is strongly recommended for a driving license that is in a language other than English. So, if your driving license is in English but issued outside of the United States, you must provide just a valid passport along with your home driving license.
I am disappointed! Wanted to see details of the actual drop off spot, and how to get from there to the LAX Terminal, details like „Are Shuttle Busses available?“ instead you only told me the route as if I had no smartphone to guide me there.
I've been searching for video that will at least highlight how to get to the rental car companies (via pedestrian tunnels). The Office Tower 2 photo is really helpful. That will give me a little more confidence in what I should look for going to the LocAuto office and parking. Horrible, stay away from Wiber. Terrible pick up and drop off and have to wait for hours to get a shuttle, I lost my flight. Also, they are a racket!! They hold 800 bucks as a security deposit in case there are any damages in the car. They hold the right to determine as to whether any damages were incurred during your trip. When you drop off the car, they find any possible way to determine that the car was damaged and they move to discount from your $800.00 which they already have since since it was charged as a security deposit. They claimed I had scratched the bumper slightly as there was a slight discoloration from the way the car was delivered. They discounted $250.00 bucks w/out any way for me to challenge them. DO NOT BOOK W WIBER!! They are the cheapest rental car, but they will make their money back on the return and it will end up costing you more than if you rent from Europe Car or SIXT or any of the other globally-known companies that we usually see at airports.
This is the worse company I ever rent a car, don’t do it, they will lie to you about when they will return a $500 deposit and they will lie to you about if you return the car hours before return day. They will charge you for returning the car hours early. Again this is the worse company ever
You're renting a $20K car for very low rates from a small company what do you expect? If you're worried about a $500 security hold on your credit card then you shouldn't be renting cars
