Show home? I would not go that far. Not sure about the carpet on the stairs and in the dining room. Not to my taste. And why don't British homes have built in closets? It seems like those wardrobes take up a lot of space.
iqfilms That was my thought really .. you can find many bargains in the UK n almost every family knows someone in the different trades out there that will help out or at a vast saving..my own experience was with my first home (plumber/electrician qualified Uncle and he also does landscaping) ..cost next to nothing in comparison.
He transformed house very modern way , simple ,clean cut looking , colours he used around house is very charm and sharp , it is suitable for modern young people , overall he did outstanding job , especially as a first time renovator !!!
