There are many good Christian men who seem to go out in a blaze of glory. Plane crashes. Car crashes.... And honestly it's a mercy killing and a blessing. How many people do not have a song in their hearts yet want to know the joy of true love? Whenever people meet someone and learn of the suffering in their stories, they are often surprised by the joy that remains alive in them and naturally pours outward to others. A war correspondent chronicles the effects of war on ordinary people, and often, they are surprised by the hope, faith, love, and supporting others who remain actively moving and touching the hurting. People are touched, inspired, and moved by those moments, never to give up. To truly live is to die to self, and the outcomes inspire others to know sweet Joy in their sorrows. If I know what Love, Peace, and Joy are, it is because of Jesus.
