My name is Matt. I make videos of my hobbies. My hobbies consist of things that float like stand up jet skis and things that roll like motorcycles, cars and atvs! Hints Floats-or-rolls Thanks for stopping by!
Lol we have always wanted to do that! Wanna do like a full week at the tail do a couple days skiing and couple days ride sumos! Tht would be freaking awesome!😎 hopefully next year we can! I wanna picture riding the standup on the trailer through the dragon 😂
I've riden the sxr and just bought a 21 stock super jet hands down I pic the super jet I've had it for 3 days feels more nimble to me as I am 145lbs it feels lighter than the sxr I raced a stage 1 riva super jet for now I'll do no modes plenty of power
Looked like a great time! My wife and and I should have come down! I don’t live too far. Just over by Kings Island. Maybe next time. 😎got a couple 750’s that we ride. You and your girl remind me of us 20 years ago! I’m a 46 year old geezer now! But we still ride! Stand ups are the best!
Awe man tht would have been awesome to have you guys! You arent a old geezer! Dads the old guy lol. Hes in his 60s 😳. Shoot me a email and I’ll message you when we do our river runs! Matt@floatsorrolls.com 🤘🏼😎 thanks for watching and hope we can ride soon!
Great job Sir coming to his rescue! He was lucky to walk away from this and even luckier to have you there for support. You must have a great Mom & Dad.
Here is the video on the rear shock ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UT0S5E8RNBg.htmlsi=85vkRhfAchu6oMKa We went with 95-235TT27/20 (95Nm) rally raid spring. We got it Rockymountainatvmc.com Thanks for watching!
Hey Floatsorrolls, ? About the bike your riding. Honda 450 off-road set up for street? I'm just wondering year and model as well as what tires were you running and is suspension stock or modified for street like a tight supermoto. Thanks! Great video.
Hey! Appreciate it! It’s a 2019 crf450L with excel talon supermotos wheels, conti attack evo tires(our favorite tire), vortex ecu, full yoshimura pipe removed stock emission canister and stock suspension setup for my weight. This bike with the aftermarket ecu and pipe is nasty for the tail. Stock power was lacking bad its tuned down alot from the factory. Thanks for watching 😎🤘🏼bike is a weapon on the tail but isnt a great daily driver its twitchy but the power is awesome in the curves
Me(190lbs) and my lady(maybe 110lbs) climbed the Beartooth Highway in Montana yesterday on the same Navi. And proceeded to do another 18 miles off road one part of which was quite steep and rocky and I have to say, the Navi for what it is quite surprisingly capable. Haul in 300lbs around like that. Crazy
Hi: I am new to riding motorbikes had a z3 for a while but that’s an electric moped essentially. I don’t plan on taking this on the freeway more of a commuter bike. I am in between a 1800-2000 priced Navi 2023 basically new 181 miles garage stored. Or a 2017 grim for 2400obo with 1200 miles…
Tough decision no doubt. If you plan on doing power mods to the navi. The grom will be faster no matter what u throw at the navi. The navi storage is super convenient for commuting. If you like the simplicity of gas and go with the z3 the navi is nice. The grom lacks storage but nothing a backpack cant fix. Cant go wrong either way. 2017 grom is fuel injected making it nice long term. Navi will have carb issues every 5-10 years just natural of carbs to be finicky from time to time. Usually just unclogging jets or draining bowl. Nothing major. Both are great bikes. Hope this and the video helps you make your decision! Thanks for watching! 😎🤘🏼
Thank God he wasn't hurt but can't be riding that road like an idiot. I live in SD and we have people come here for the rally every year for the rally and ride just like that and get killed on our roads
Dude in the vette was hanging tuff! I dont blame him for tapping out after it got squirrelly. He was sitting on some major hp! Dude with camera, u sir r my new hero!
@Floatsorrolls1 I wanna take a trip down there next year always wanted to go there but it's a little scary cuz I always here stories about the tail and it's a deep drive from NY
Thanks! We use meguiars last touch detail spray. It smells like pina colada and we dilute it 1:1 with water to make 2 gallons. It works great reducing scratching when wiping down the skis and reduces waterspoting 😎 here is an affiliate link to the spray detailer. amzn.to/4g6tc3Q
Looking at the video i can see he was going too fast and hit the front break. The bike immediately started to skid with the front tire, he was lucky he laid it down, the bike was actually starting to stand up which is a result of hitting the front break sometimes in a corner if you are not too far over and it will High Side you over the bike. This is what causes a lot of injuries being catapulted over the bike and landing on a hard surface or hitting a tree. Im glad he is ok, lesson learned. I have ridden the Dragon many times, I stopped riding it years ago when it started becoming too popular and everyone started riding too reckless on it.
@@dylano8629The steering stabilizer is super cool. Curious which one you would recommend. Most places we ride we have to constantly avoid rocks from banging up the bottom of the quad. Mainly trail riding our raptors. That extra ground clearance makes a huge difference. Especially if you’re riding in areas where side by sides ride. Having both would be ultimate but the swing arm is so low on the 700s and unfortunately Don’t have well maintained trails at most places we ride. Thats what I think it’s the best but it’s gonna depend on your riding preferences. 😎🤘🏼
Dr650 sm > xr650l sm I'm sorry, the dr650 has a bigger tank, softer suspension, better gearing for speed, and is generally more reliable (the xr has a few things that hamper it's reliability) not to mention a larger oil capacity which is much better for long rides so you don't burn the oil
I really like my craftsman torque wrenches. They are about the cheapest i would feel comfortable using accurately. The dewalt is a little more $ and a little better according to project farm youtube video i trust his testing. And if your ballin the snap on is best. Digital torque wrenchs are cool but need calibrated frequently. I prefer the normal ones unless you are using it very frequently. Just remember to STORE the normal torque wrench on the lowest torque setting when not in use to decompress spring for life and accuracy of the torquewrench. 😎🤘🏼 appreciate yah watching!
@@arnaldoolivera617great question let me get back with you tonight i can explain thing alot better if tht alright and send you link to what i recommend for the grom
@@arnaldoolivera617 ok I found out tht the craftman i have they no longer make. The 3/8 they have now is in foot pounds and wont go low enough to torque these bolts. You’ll need a torque wrench tht is in inch pounds. Preferably **50-250(in lbs)**. The craftman 3/8 is good for torquing your wheel axle bolts on the grom and larger bolts like ones on your car. For majority of the bike though you will want the size I mention above(50-250in lbs) or something similar in spec. Craftman for larger bolts but not needed near as much for the grom. Here are Options with good reviews but i never had any personal experience with but meet the proper specs all are 3/8 drive and accept 3/8in sockets Gearwrench-amzn.to/3yD2HSJ Sata-amzn.to/3WWrnxr E torq-amzn.to/4cDwCId
Lol yah 😂 the pizza i brought back to the hotel got the attention of a bear. Woke up next morning with one heck of a dirty bike, claw marks on the storage box and punctured seat. Somehow the bike didnt get knocked over and the bear only messed with my navi. Here video after it happened😂ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xabpVHZv0Kg.htmlsi=l9ymO4qxG7xXViQI
