Itching for adventure and looking into buying a camper trailer? Simply curious about the latest and greatest on the market?
Year-round, our experts at Camper are out there doing real-life testing of recently released camper trailers, camping gear and tow vehicles, from all the leading and lesser-known brands, to provide you with the most comprehensive and credible reviews in Australia.
Lol, why would anyone pay 55 to 70k for a "teardrop" camper? You would have it for 12 months and then want to sell it as there is nowhere near enough internal space for wet days and inclement weather. Which is more than likely when you go camping.
NO WAY. If you have a Camp Chef that has 20,000 btu jets. Its flat and fits in my suv boot with tents battery tables and all the others. The Jet Boil is a waste of money and pain. Just say the camp chef kills it
$55k???????? 😂 These companies will be out of action soon as interest rates and unemployment keep rising. Tiny products like this should be below $20k. Actual realistic use two weeks max per year. And you still poop outside in the bush for $55k 😂
I saw a comment a couple of weeks ago that Track Trailers the manufacturer of Tvans has gone into administration, I don't know if this is true or not . All of these campers are well designed and full of innovative features but they are all way way over priced and that's why you see so many families touring Australia in the humble but ever practical Jayco pop up .
Well I for one love it and will probably be moving to X3Gen2 when my camping needs changes. Love my X1 but will definitely be getting an X3Gen2 down the track. Quality costs money - that's life! Get over it.
No mention of how much more cramped inside the new x3 is over the previous model. Or how much smaller the kitchen space is? Paid plug for sure... Id own a Gen1 X3 over this any day.
@@morepawstravels Like I said it's not expensive and it wouldn't be hard we have skilled workers, standard greedy corporate donut punchers prefer to import from overseas for profits over everything else. Even the most basic setup can go anywhere you need it all comes down to the driver.
I really don't know what is appealing about these, so you have to wait out side till it's bed time. If you can't stand in them it would get old real quick. And the fact that all these people who were buying the lumberjack version ditch em and go to something else just proves it.
Im interested in it for a couple of reasons, 1: the weight. Having a petrol Jeep means less weight the better, especially when running bigger tyres. 2: room for more than just a couple, we can sleep another 2 people and or our dogs in there as well. What else can you get around 1500kg or less that has this much room?
I don't get it. EVERY SINGLE FORWARD FOLDING Camper has all the exact same features. There's nothing different whatsoever. All they do is mention the same stuff and act like it's new. Definitely not worth 28k.you can get the same for max 20k
Sorry but excuse me, isn’t this basically the same as Lumberjack Seville or now called Emerald. How can the judges say it’s new to market? Its design is years old. If talking import vans what about ModCon virtually same internal layout
Their entire range is the same as lumberjacks. Just different stickers on the outside. But that’s unfortunately the same as most caravan mobs these days.
Absofukenlutely... Mayb that's why it's only $9 as stated at the start..Dumbshits. Me mates got the same model..don't rate em. 15-20min to inflate. Regular dual fold with poles 7-8min..same with packin up. He paid 40fkn large😂
just a warning while navigating or selecting a route to navigate it will not play music it also does not rotate while on road i think the off road does but unsure you can not play any music through your head unit while Navigating
Being 6ft9 I can't even stand up straight in normal caravans, the fact it has an RTT component with the bed that goes up. means I can stand up straight- honestly. a great bit of kit. Definitely a Lotto Purchase for sure.
