So here's what u need to learn then. U need to learn a little bit of molecular cuisine theory, you skip everything and head directly to the SPHERIFICATION theory. You will see multiple methods. But the one for popping boba requires you to work with Calcium lactate and Sodium alginate. For example, u can passion fruit purée mix in calcium lactate. Prepare a sodium alginate bath by blending in destilled mineral free water sodium alginate. refrigerate it for some hours and if u have any foam on top of the bath u can use a spoon to collect the foam and use a torch for any remeaining foam or bubble formation. use a syringe with a quite wide opening to get bigger pearls. once u dropped them in and let them rest for like 30 seconds (the longer u let them in the firmer they become that means less liquid inside) after that u gotta fish them out and rinse them in a bowl of clean water to stop the spherification process. I cannot give measurements as I am not a professional, I only learned the theory when i was a teen and obsessed with bubble tea and molecular gastronomy XD but my info will make u understand what exactly to look for and what recipes to trust
