I've been thinking of a floating waterwheel that's never been tried as far as I can tell. I cannot find anything like what I'm imagining either. I'd love to see it made. It's like the floating types but imagine a treadmill with paddles that floats. I'm just thinking that would increase torque with surface area and the waters contact would be steady for an increased amount of time per paddle. or in terms of those screwtype a wide paddle on a treadmill-like design that holds water widthwise that pulls It down a slope.. just a thought of mine.. what do think?
