🎃 loved watching your laying process! This is such a cool set up. For the sleep tracking, I just do a little line graph that takes up about the size of a mini calendar. It's not the most accurate/easy to read but it shows the trends well enough.
Thank you so much for the kind words!! That's a great idea for a mino sleep tracker, just for a general idea! I really lovw hearing about how everyone does things differently!
That's so kind of you, thank you!! Hopefully you enjoy my November video!! (Voice over depending... currently sick with... probably bronchitis, maybe pneumonia 😭)
I am going feral over that iridescent tape. Also, love that symptom tracker. It's something I've been putting off doing because I don't want to acknowledge it, but if I'm going to get my doctor's to listen, I need proof. (And Luck, but proof is something in my control.)
The iridescent tape is so nice right??? The symptom tracker is such an important part of my chronic illness. I hope you can use it too and get those pesky drs to listen to you!
That makes sense for sure!! The response has been good for voice overs so I will likely continue them! (I currently have laryngitis tho, so hopefully im all good for November, haha)
I'm so glad you liked it and enjoyed the video too! I was really nervous about this one bc it's my first voice over on this channel. Thank you for the support!!
New subscriber. 🎃 I love the vibes of this so much. I’ve been holding off on doing my October spread. I’ve been having planners block. I’m so happy that watching this plan with me gave me the spooky vibes. I need to start planning mine. It’s so cool and classic. I love it. Looking forward to seeing more from you.
This comment made my day, thank you so much for valuing my work! I actually only started this channel this year in March so this channel is still very new!
Honestly, that means so so much. I was so nervous to upload my first video on this channel with a voice over, bc I'm not as chill as the journal videos with voice overs I watch, haha. Thank you so much, I appreciate you!
There is this cool texture thing you can do with aposca gesso and stencils, where you get the stencil texture you want and then apply the aposca gesso and it builds up this layer than once it's dry you can paint over or whatever. As long as your paper is on the thicker side it would work on it. You could even mix a acrylic paint with it to color it different colors. But it's super fun to play with textures with it. Same goes for acrylic paints sometimes you can layer them kind of thick and they will dry and keep the texture. I used to have all my sketchbooks in actual books and I would gesso and use whatever medium I wanted in them. It's a lot of fun to see the words on a page through your drawings even with like crayon and marker and paint over it.
Ah that sounds so cool! I've seen people add thickening mediums to acrylic paints and texture that way, which I've been wanting to try on canvas! I'll def look Into this method too!
I take notes religiously on my health cause I've been fighting with doctors for years about my pain levels as well as other issues. I've taken them into my doctor's office every time I go in and my new doctor has even taken photos of them and put them in my chart. It's super helpful.
@mopete9830 how do you know what to track? Also when in pain, how do you make sure you track at all or accurately? I'm trying to figure out my migraines but it's so hard to figure out what to track because the body is so entwined with all the systems that it's hard to know where to look. It feels overwhelming. Note I also likely have ADHD so consistency is hard.
I don't know about original commenter but for me, who also likely has ADHD I fill my journal in at the end of each day. If I forget, which trust me, happens then I just leave it blank. As far as what to track, I just think about the things that affect me the most... headaches and migraines are a problem, so is joint pain etc. I have a separate box for joint pain, other pain, headaches ans migraines, as well as for muscle tenderness etc. Taking note of my mood and sleep also play a part in seeing if they are causing the issues, as well as keeping track of meds. I'm not told by my drs what to track, I just pay as much attention as I can to things that seem most important. At the end of the day, if I forget, I forget, or if I'm too sore to fill out my journal, i do my best to remember the next day or days after. And if I can't, that's ok too. Ultimately tracking some is better than none!
@@theredemu It was a learning process. I didn't have a diagnoses and I had a very small family history to go off of. So I started with just like tracking pain everyday, turns out I'm always in pain, so I had to start narrowing it down I use a monthly wheel with a color chart for numbers of pain, and a identical one with different colors for different types of pain so I can figure out whats causing my pain. I also have adhd and insomnia so I track all kinds of medical info. Ryder Carrol had a whole chapter in his book on people using his system to help with their kids medical info for things like seizures that helped inspire me. Now I have a diagnosis and my doctors are working towards getting me towards more pain free days which I have more often now than ever.
@@taaaaashaaaaacreates end of the day is great but I also try to keep my journal in my sight at all times. If I can see it Im more likely to use it. My ADHD causes object permanence issues. I will know where I placed something, if someone moves said object I'm sol. But also if I cant see it it doesn't exist. I made a bunch of trackers in canva for my digital planner which has worked best for me. A paper planner I never used. But my ereader is always open so now that my tablet is both it's easier for me to reach for. My pain trackers track pain levels by color, and then pain locations by color, by day of the month wheels. then at the end of the month or more likely months I add up all the results in another page. Like say how many days I was at a level 10 for pain or how many days I had a migraine. I found that works better than just saying I'm in pain over and over again, because it's actual data I can track.
🎃 I think the VO was a nice way to break up the video. It has a nice balance and feels like I have company in a very chill way. Still plenty of chill music time, but the voice brings the feel back to hang out Vibes.
Booooo to life getting in the way! Honestly tho, it means so much that my little self inspired you, thank you so much for the kind words. I hope you are having a great day and get time to work on your journal!

Hi Tasha! 🙋🏻♀️❤️✨ Just watching this in July. 😅 I really enjoyed your theme and how you used watercolors and stickers together. The watercolor circle backgrounds with the sticker overlays were so lovely!!! This style looks very doable. I have been loving the BuJo community and art since Covid. I'm just starting to get out of bed and do things after years of depression. I've been collecting supplies in preparation to begin my own BuJo practice as I get more active. Your art is very inspiring! 💡 Thank you for Sharing!!! 😊 Love, Hugs, Blessings & Sparkles! ❤️🫂🙏🏻💖✨
Hi Brenda! It's so lovely to see your name pop up again! First of all, I am SO sorry you've been struggling so much with depression - I also deal with that, so I know how hard it can be to pull yourself out of it, but i'm really proud of you for moving forward. Thank you so much for finding inspiration from my art! I actually plan on uploading some art videos as well, not just bullet journals! I myself, have only been bullet journaling for about a year now. and I know what you mean about loving the community - It's such a postive place to be and at least there were some postives that came from the pandemic. And as for the watercolour and stickers together, I am hoping that maybe the journal for the 2nd half of next year i can afford another watercolour journal to keep doing the same thing - It's def been my fave way to journal so far! Thank you again for taking the time to check out my content and leave a comment - it really means so much to me! I hope you are having a lovely day/night! Xx Tash
Lovely Winter theme!!! Nice color choices - soft blue and silver! The whimsical organic line borders are fun and pretty! I really liked your hand drawn snowflakes too!!! Thank you for Sharing!!! 😊 Love, Hugs, Blessings & Sparkles! ❤️🫂🙏🏻💖✨
That's such a cool theme hahahahaha For real though, it's gorgeous. It's cool that you're still experimenting with what you put in it though, I tend to find something that works for me and stick to it, how long have you been doing these?
