A modern and prosperous city now as for history, charm and culture this city seem to be mostly deprived of all and is known not to be open minded I sure would never live there. Add the -40 in the winter and a city that is very car centric. I have other values.
Time 12:17 roughly you walked by something it was on your left and I was really hoping that you guys would go over to it because I really want to know what it was😮

Interesting. Good video choice. Gaudiesque building. I think most of my art would fit favorably into that museum. But the application process would kill me with boredom.
Great video. My understanding is that the longest intact section of the Themistoclean Wall, built in the early 5th century BCE, runs along the Kerameikos Cemetery. This wall surrounded the entire city at that time and ran down to the port of Piraeus, preventing an enemy from starving the city during a siege. In those days there were no catapaults and of course no cannon.
Because the suburbs are cheap by Canadian standards and therefore no one wants to live in an apartment downtown. You can’t make a downtown lively without convincing people to live and work in it.
This is a bit misleading 90% of Edmonton is not like this. These are only the nicest parts of Edmonton. Most of Edmonton is very suburban with wide highway style roads everywhere and an endless amount of giant parking lots. Don't think by moving to Edmonton you're going to be near this. Just look how empty the downtown is, it's because hardly anyone in Edmonton walks because they have no choice but to drive everywhere. Why not walk down 97ST? That's the true Edmonton.
Im from the Philippines and anytime soon maybe next month my parents would be migrating me in edmonton, and I really just can’t bear how depressing this city is for me, can anybody recommend me something to like do once i get there that would be fun for me?
@@alchemy-the-animated-series philippines hits hard though, we celebrate almost everyday about the nostalgia littlest things like when the temperature hits a new record this month we get some drinks going and some foods snacking, man it’s different
Just a small, unsolicited correction: 16:30 That is the Nancy and Rich Kinder Building of the Museum of Fine Arts, not the Contemporary Arts Museum. The CAM is the shiny metallic building across Montrose Blvd on the other side of the sculpture garden.
Standing directly in front of the cascading water, it is possible to achieve the overwhelming sensation of being levitated into the air. Some may feel elated while others may get motion sickness.
Nice, remember in it's darkest days it is a community where it's residents are resilient, an example of this was the July 31, 1987 Tornado 🌪️ that devestated this community.
OMG... It's hard to believe such an amazingly beautiful city does exist on the surface of the earth... I couldn't take my eyes off for a single second... Thanks for sharing this wonderful video.. 🎉🎉🎉
