I flyfish it and spin fish it but always paddling my kayak. I have caught 13 bluebook in 4 hours once there but I usually catch atleast 6 plus. I usually catch them an average of 12 inches long in that pond. And it's usually a blue back I reel in but every now and again u get a brookie
I fish that pond 3 times a year. I have a camp on caucomgomoc lake which is close by. I have terrific luck every time. I fish it in May and june then again I'll fish it in next Saturday in between partridge hunts. Glad you had a good time and thanks for not mentioning the name of the pond
