Think he does it with 2 lights he has loads of bottle tutorials your right, People have asked me how they can do it with one light and do the label in post, that's why i did the post with the 2 images getting them together...

This can be achieved with speed lights or Godox AD200pros. I have a godox AD400pro's in the studio that I use for freezing action. Lower power on the strobes the faster the flash durations you should be able to get this done with about 1/10000 of a second on the t.1 flash duration on the flashes
