Great job on your Rouser, a 2 yr update on your camper build would be great! I plan to do a similar build except L-shaped fixed beds (no set up) for two adults that is also a couch with a swivel table where the two beds meet and small kitchen in the front like yours. Thanks for sharing.
I dont want the tall runaway I would like the 5 x 8 with only AC and three doors with windows. The rear must have a large door for hauling stuff when im not camping. Must be light so a small SUV can tow with little decrease in MPGs. I do like some of your additions but they wont work on the lower ceiling campers. My SUV can have a gally and keep the runaway for sleeping. 73
Thanks for the video! Quick question on the drinking tank. What’s the diameter and length of tube are you using for the line up from drinking tank to the usb pump?
Great presentation done very professionally and you included all kinds of extras which added much value for the viewers. Quick question is does it have built-in floatation of any kind? Our Pelican Mustang 100X does not, without some kind of inflatable bladders it definitely will sink if swamped. That’s not good.

Hello Ben, thank you for sharing your journey building your Rouser. I'm picking up my Rouser this coming Monday. I'm super exited and may I note that your videos are the reason why I'm getting my Rouser. I'm going to try to recreate your built. I've been watching your built videos over and over and over again to try to get the schematics. Could you share the W, H, L of your Kitchen. Much appreciated and thank you in advance.
Hello Ben, After watching your videos several, several, several times, I'm very much considering buying a Rouser myself. How is it holding up after 2 years? Do you still have it? Any wear and tear? Any problems? I greatly appreciate your response. Thank you and have a bless day.
Hi Jonathan, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Rouser has been holding up great for me. No issues with the camper. Some of the 3m tab that I used to secure hooks and conceal wiring has fallen off the walls. I will fix in the spring.
Hello, I enjoy watching your videos. I am in the market of buying a runaway trailer also. Could you please tell me, what made you choose Rouser instead of Range runner camper? Is the Rouser stable when towing? Is it top heavy? Do you need stabilizer bars? Thanks.
Hi, thanks for watching. I wanted the Rouser because I wanted to stand up when I cook and when I am changes clothes, etc. The Rouser feels very stable when I tow. I wondered if it would be a problem when empty (without weight), but it has pulled nicely from the very first time. No stabilizer bars needed because it is just over 1,000 lbs (I estimate 1,300 after the build out).
Once I found your videos, I had to watch them on your modification of the Rouser. Great job!!! How has the Rouser held up as a camper? Any issues on the axle, tires, body, etc.? I had heard some negative on them but still would like to consider one. Thanks Ben.
Thanks a lot. I think the electrical might give me some challenge. Never done any of that. Nice to see someone has done the exact same thing I want to do tho with a campers interior. Thanks again! @@BenLaurenzi
Thank you! In this video I was using an Audi Q7. I have also pulled the camper with a BWM X3 which has a tow rating of 4,400 lbs (I think the camper is less than 1,400).
I just arrived back to U.S.A after two weeks in Anguilla. I am well traveled & this trip was favorite & the best ever! I stayed at Zemi Beach House & give it a 5 star. Fabulous service in every customer service area! I traveled the complete island. My favorite is: Shoal Bay East Beach. I loved walking into the ocean from hotel & having several reefs to snorkel. This beach was a snorkeling paradise. Now, I also enjoyed & loved all the islands beaches we explored. Our food was exceptional. The local people are exceptional & kind in every way! Wow, I will return to God’s Paradise
This is my favorite place because of the view, but nothing beats the Hyatt pool because it has a slide, but you can just get a day pass for that. We have don't have a waterpark on the island so that is as close as it gets. I love how I can just walk right out from the main pool area by the Holoholo Grill & sit on the rocks at the beach & look for spinner dolphins in the cove. This is the best place to stay on the south side of Kaua'i. Me ke aloha pumehana a mahalo nui loa, C-Shell
