If kidney qi is deficient think on Xia san Huang- 3 emperors. To clear heat, drain dampness and regulate the uterus, the intestine and the bladder I love Dao ma 33-10 ( Qi men+Qi jiao+ qi Zheng). for deficiency use the Yang Ming that is full of qi and blood- use the four Flowers. @user-yh5vv3nm5h I use both dao ma on the opposite side of the pain. And a distant point on the painful side Ex Bl 65 if bladder is involved or Gb 41 for Gall bladder involvement.
I enjoy your videos, however, in this one you are saying on the ulna side of the Triple Heater meridian however, you appear to be needling on the TH Meridian on the lateral edge of the Radiuus, rather than more lateral on the edge of the Ulnar? The points are not in the midline of a pronated arm, but laterally further over.
Hello and thank you for your comment. As I mentioned the points should be punctured when the hand is laying on the chest- epigastrium, so the position is important. In the video I couldn't do it due to the logistics of the camera. You need to palpate the ulna and puncture the points close to the bone. Feel it under your fingers, I wasn't on the radial side of the triple burner meridian. I am closer to the ulnar bone. I touch the ulna and descend from it.
The information on palm diagnosis is located inside tung's acupuncture points books and theory. In English I love Dr. Chuan min wang's book- Introduction to Tung's Acupuncture. Well this topic is complex and we always need to consider the pathology. Menopause is a huge field that I can't address in this platform, but I advise you to start intermittent fasting. Meaning - in the evening finish your meal early around 18:00-19:00 and count 14-16 hours without food. Only tea or water, no sugar in your drinks. Breakfast should start after 14-16 hours. Read about intermittent fasting and see if this will help you loose weight and decrease your heat sensations. Pay attention- my advise is relevant only if you are healthy with no illness. It is difficult to give advises on the internet... so first read about this technique and see if it is right for you. Good luck.
Спасибо за ваш ответ. На данном этапе жизни моё питание так и происходит. Последний приём пищи в 17-00. И завтрак в 11-00. Спать ложусь в 22-00, встаю в 7-00, целый день тружусь у себя на фазенде. @TanveerAnsari-dp8ux Hi, sleep apnea has many aspects. If there is overweight, diet is important in order to lose weight. If qi is deficient, add four flowers to support lungs. Support kidney with 3 emperors. Add Da bai ans san cha san to address the lung channel and function.
@tarmahomedjoosub5552 It is all about diagnosis. For this condition, if kidney qi is deficient, use xia san Huang. Add da Xiao Jian since it treats lower jiao disharmonies. If damp heat, you can add zhi wu.
