@@ssappts i feel google meet link option should have been available in the basic edition and "payment" feature can be in the pro version.. because, if someone is getting a payment/money, then that means they r doing business and they are likely to pay for the service.. however, people like myself may need appointment booking service just for consultation (i provide free consultation); and i am currently a startup without any clients and I am not making any money currently..

It takes forever (even more than half an hour) to save an additional Appointment, and still nothing happens. It doesn't save anything except the first one, which is the consultation appointment. I don't see the Consultation section you mentioned 4:56 on my wordpress.

I do not recommend this plugin. If you don't have an expensive subscription - the plugin stops working, no matter what you paid before. Support is horrible.

Simply Schedule Appointments You have all kinds of videos showing about your free. Booking calendar. I paid for the Upgrade, but you have no videos on how to install the upgrade. Seems kind of funny. You pay and you can't use it, and there's no documentation on how to install it. The icon the picture shows. Key code. But when I click on my free version, it doesn't have a key code field to enter as your picture is showing. It would be nice if you made a video for customers that pay for your software. How to actually run your pay version software?

Are you only able to have one user per appointment type? I noticed two appointments cant happen at the same time even though they are different appointment types
We do offer a Team booking feature to tie multiple people's schedules to the same appointment type simplyscheduleappointments.com/business-edition/ As for the situation you ran into, you can toggle on the Independent Availability setting to allow appointment types to have bookings at the same time simplyscheduleappointments.com/guides/let-multiple-appointment-types-book-the-same-time-slot/
