The closest thing I can think of that sounds similar is grain dryers on a grain bin, but when they are on, the run for a long time. I just listened to a similar sound on a video from Florida from 2017. These don't sound like those fake War Of The World sounds on other videos. Remember, all sounds are the result of vibrations, some sounds we don't hear, so maybe some vibrations we don't feel.
