HCEC-TV is an educational and government access cable channel that airs programming on Brandenburg Telecom, Xfinity and Spectrum Cable Companies in a five county area of central Kentucky (Hardin, Meade, Grayson, Breckinridge and LaRue) as well as streaming programming on theHCEC TV RU-vid Channel.
Hardin County Educational and Community TV is a division of Hardin County Schools, instructing high school students in the Media Arts career pathway. Since 1973, HCEC-TV has produced thousands of students into video producers while also creating educational, informative, entertaining and compelling productions for the school district and the community.
