Lisa MacLeod is the Ontario Progressive Conservative MPP for Nepean.
Lisa MacLeod was first elected to the Ontario Legislature in a 2006 by-election as the youngest MPP in that parliament and the youngest conservative woman to be elected in Ontario - either federally or provincially. She represented the Nepean-Carleton riding (now Nepean) winning elections in 2007, 2011, and 2014, and has continued to represent the constituents of Nepean since the boundaries were changed in the 2018 provincial election.

The whole point of the carbon tax is to increase costs so that people can’t/won’t go anywhere, thus reducing the carbon footprint. There’s no consideration for any other aspect of people’s lives.

The tax is just one mechanism they are using. Printing money has devalued our dollar so bad that the biggest problem is inflation. What did you think "you will own nothing" meant?
As long as Canadians can still afford food, he’s going to keep thinking there are too many people in Canada, not enough of us are starving to death, so he’ll keep increasing the taxes until we are!
Here is an idea…..Canada. Make Canada work for Canadians…..we have an abundance of natural resources that can be made available to world markets….stop taxing Canadians into oblivion. The governments job should be to provide growth for its residents not tax them to impoverishment just to pay the interest on the debt that the government has racked up.

I'm sorry to hear you do not believe that Palestinian children have the right to freedom, or are entitled to basic human rights or even the right to life itself. Over 14,000 of the 34,000 Palestinians civilians killed are children. Your stand is not Anti- Hamas it's Pro- bomb Gaza. And I suppose you're okay with the 486 murdered Palestinians in the West Bank since October 7th. How anyone who claims to support Canadian values can support Israel in this bloodbath and humanitarian crisis is incomprehensible.
