For a first point and shoot, I'd honestly go with something like the Pentax IQZoom. I've found a couple for under $30 and they take better-than-average photos, and will really allow you to learn the process without breaking the bank. Then you can upgrade as you go along! I still have a couple more videos to make, but the camera I personally keep using is the Ricoh GR1.
I get my film developed & scanned by Reformed Film Lab down in Florida. Great little family run business. This was my first time using them, and I got standard scans...ever since this roll I've been getting the highest resolution scans and they're phenomenal! I do slight adjustments in Photoshop, but nothing too crazy.
@@izzyescandon4300 Awesome, I appreciate it! Working on my next one now, should be up next week. And if you decided to check out Reformed, you can use my referral code to get $10 off your first development! (I'm not sponsored by them or anything, just like supporting them) tinyurl.com/reformedcode
Thank you! And yeah, it seems that film cameras across the board have really started to dramatically increase in price. I was able to get this for $250…which I’d say was worth it.
