The Eldar created their own gods and wielded them as weapons. They wield the warp with ease compared to most races as they were created for that purpose. What they typically do is restrained. Emotion is tied to the warp and self-control, holding back, is what you see from them. They have tons of weapons and tools from the the time when weapons that could destroy whole solar systems were a thing. Necrons are the same in the weapons and tools available. As an example the Necrons have a map that is an exact up to date replica of the galaxy and is physically connected to the galaxy. Meaning you can tap a sun in the map and that sun will go super nova in real life.
Out of every character in the series especially in the books I notice Dom hardly swears a lot. Even in Anvil Gate I think he only saids fuck once and that was jarring but it made sense in context. Dom to me is about the most mature and well around person in the series and even when those like Hoffman or Marcus or really anyone else couldn't stand Prescott Dom himself saw no reason to hate him since it wasn't like he was disloyal to the COG until he ran out afterwards which tells me he is very loyal to those who are loyal to a cause. Sadly, I wished you spoke on Sam and Dom's relationship since I feel that's another piece of his character where he's also loyal to his wife even after he mercy end her. Hell, even in The Slab he didn't want to see Anya as more than a friend and told Jace to stop looking at her ass because he found that disgusting, and yet is willing to admit when a woman is really hot despite being married. He is VERY mature even for a series that is less than mature. That saids a lot about the guy and his personality.
I'm writing a story where I'm trying to put the punk into biopunk with anti-authority and stick it to the man attitude, but with the addition of gene spicing and mutant powers, it takes place in a world where you own nothing not even your own genetics.
Here's the problem I can overall see with this idea of the taken king being somehow even remotely close to let alone a named daemon Or even a demon Prince The big thing with fortica is that almost every Damon and every anything above a standard bog demon is under the concept of being paracazle as their very beings are not technically supposed to exist they are entities created from pure imagination and willpower The problem being isn't if they could get into get out of the taken kit would be if world it would be how long till they get in there and how fast is a greater demon or a named one or hell a demon Prince going to take to kill him and even if he doesn't deem them worthy the problem is Demons don't care they just devour his soul that the problem being overall that the taken King doesn't stand a chance against higher ranking Demons let alone God help him if a Chaos God Somehow got a foothold into his pocket dimension because the problem being is that they've been doing this for time without end the work does not exist with a concept of time nor does it exist with a concept of beginning nor end it simply exists So if the taken King got into a per se Dick measuring contest with one of the chaos gods who have been doing this for eternities without end he'd lose there would be I do not see how it being that doesn't even predate existence humanity could stand a chance against Beings that have been doing this since time without ant as I have said that neither begin nor ends and the whole pair of causal thing doesn't matter doesn't matter it just Just because all demons are paracazle in their nature they do not exist because existence deems them ignormal they exist only because they will it and the chaos gods willit there is no reason for demons to exist in Fortnite there's no reasons for them to even be a concept if the only reason why they are there it's because the chaos God's will it and you can't kill the chaos gods you can't get rid of them permanently they are facets of reality As long as beings with souls exist in the materium the chaos gods will always exist this is the problem the emperor had with them he couldn't get rid of them simply because he himself Was feeding them occasionally anytime he gave in to anger anytime he gave in to doubt gave in to anything he would feed at least one of the Chaos gods The other problem being even if you manage to weaken one the others were more powerful this is shown in almost every setting when say slenesh grows wevery other chaos God has been shown to grow even more powerful especially corn and nergle The main problem being that as the taken king has seemingly a very big connection to entropy this is one of the largest powerhouse points for nergle Is the God of stagnation entropy decay Pestilence Nature And weirdly enough love this is the problem if The taken king had managed to take the entire universe nergel would become insanely powerful to the point where reality might just fold to him alone because if every being has nothing to do and simply exist in a plane of entrepreneurial rain supreme there is no being in any existence that would be able to rival a chaos God with the entire reality of the material Basically being one of their facets he would literally just probably instantly either observe the taken king turn him into a demon prince Or potentially even worse just straight up the take a soul and everything he had ever done the chaos gods don't exist in this weird concept where people seem to think they can be beaten they are very they are the very concepts of reality they their existence is cemented in all thanks even the taken king himself would feed the chaos gods any bloodshed would then power khorne same any other chaos god they encompass all emotions and facets of reality the taken king would primarily have powers with nergle being the God of entropy. There's couple problems with this, A. The choas gods are so simple as he makes also as the other 2 tzee and sleensh would get weaker yes great now you have a super charged khorne and nergle, B, you dont seem to understand how daemon princes work they ascended mortals already that could pretty easily handle any hive thrown at them angron has killed whole planets in a couple hours, magus can look at something hard and destroy its very soul, mortarian is capable of unleashing plagues that hurt daemons aka souls,C. Your assuming the choas gods cant enter the taken kings throne world and i know youll say oh he has full control there yea when they're not in there 4 embodiments of pure choas in a pocket realm with one order embodiment yea no not to mention if choas gods saw the taken king as a threat they gang up on him like everyother threat they found one god or even two at once yea he'd hold them off but all four no just no they devour his soul
Almost certain guardian can be TAKEN (*final shape spoilers*) infact, I'd say the very existence of guardians in lore that have gone evil from various reasons not even counting taken. And for the hive, I'd say their WARP realm is fairly equivalent to the Ascendant Realm and their Throne Worlds. (Maybe a CHAOS G could steal a hive g trough their realm) It day it be the same to how the witness influenced the Hive as a race all together.
The Witness didn't come up with or give Oryx the ability to Take. The Witness learned it first but they didn't teach Oryx. A lot of enemies you "kill" that are taken are actually just re-whisked into whatever dimension they're sent to, hence their weird slurped animation on death for some of them. Chaos vs the Taken vs the Vex would probably look like the D&D Blood War lol

The biggest problem about the Aeldari that has been left out is 3 things, 1, that they have to stifle their psyker energy to prevent them from being spotted by Slanessh, making them way stronger than they are. 2, Aeldari follow Paths, which allows them to specialize in a certain thing for a set amount of time. If Eldar really wanted to, they all could use their psyker powers. And 3, craftworld Aeldari employ wraithbone technology and a thing called the Inifinity Circuit, to use their dead as even stronger soldiers in their life time durability wise. They were one of the Primary enemies of the Necrons during the War in Heaven, and were really the only ones to come out unscathed after it. The only reason they do not currently rule the galaxy is due to Slanessh.
I'm shocked no one discussed the most likely result of the Hive encountering the W40K universe and Chaos Gods: joining one the Chaos Gods of their own voilition. The Ruinous Powers are not only able to grant immortality and vastly enhance the abilities of their followers in a way similar to the worms the proto-hive were once infested with, but with arguably less drawbacks than the worms. Not onky that, but if Warhammer Fantasy is canon to Warhammer 40K... the Chaos Gods are multiversal threats and could easily consume the 40K galaxy if they ever stopped trying to have fun playing the Great Game and screwing each other over for the sake of an individual win instead of a collective win.
Now what of Witness taking on the Ruinous Powers of Chaos? I'd easily say the Witness would fucking *_hate_* what the Ruinous Powers are, since we've learned that the Witness was made to carve purpose into being.
If a bolter can rip a space marine to peices then an empowered bolter shot by someone that can get hit by a bolter then guardians might win by more then you said, that and specifically nightstalker's easy invis
I think you’re underestimating Oryx. Like. Man has a multi-galactic empire. He’s not a pushover. He stomps away civilizations on the regular. Just because guardians beat him doesn’t mean that he’s weak. His armies would 100% be able to wipe out many 40k factions. Could he handle the chaos gods? I genuinely don’t know. But the imperium of man? He can probably take them (maybe literally). And given enough time, he would certainly weaken the chaos gods (as ‘Taking’ would remove people from the Chaos God’s complexity, aligning them under the Hive’s Sword Logic aka final shape)
@@Cheerwine091 no, unfortunately knowing the lore means knowing what everyone can do and the moment the Hive come up against and they're PAINFULLY outgunned. Starting off with Chaos, they won't beat them even if they really try and I do mean he really tries. Nurgle will basically kill the entire Hive fleet in days, Khorne can just stab Oryx's soul out of existence at any time. Slaanesh will make the fleet turn on itself for the pure pleasure of it and Tzeentch will send them into a pocket dimension where they get chewed apart. Focusing on a "normal" enemy is alot worse, The Hive face something like the Imperium? Good fucking luck, the Guard alone will basically obliterate them by force of arms. Not to mention how little the Imperium truly cares about wasting lives to take out a threat. Look at Vraks and tell me anyone really gives a fuck how many Guard lives they need to waste. And it really only gets worse the father you go. Sure Oryx can live through alot of the shit himself but he won't be doing much when he has only his Sword Space to step out of. This is of course not even mentioning the idea SOMEONE could just delete his soul out of existence or enslave him *Cough* Khorne would make Oryx a Daemon Prince *cough*

No they can't, why does everyone do this. 40k is in its own league lol! Can any of the guardians go weeks without sleep while fighting? Or stop a bullet with just skin? Or can they breathe toxic chemicals?
New lore suggests taken are similar to daemons . Not in well sentience or ability to change but respawning. Low key want to watch a nurgle frog eat a cabal phalanx.
