In the GTA Verse, It’s theorized that Perseus had more than just the roguish Soviets and allies that want to destroy the west for a Soviet world supremacy order. It’s all about a sense of control. A sense of destroying the old world ways. Degrading mankind into infantile beings. The Illuminati have been in control of the USA since its founding. Plus it turns out that Perseus was founded as some means of defying Illuminati’s way of running the world by making it divided as a means of control. Perseus want to destroy the current world order. Push anarchy into the earth and let mankind push their true potential. There’s other secret societies that have been made to change history regardless. Plus Perseus wanted the assassins to join with their order but they defy as they’re nothing but a replacement version of the Templars. For example Kennedy, many societies wanted Kennedy gone because he was willing to disband the CIA and even push for a reform of wealth distribution and this angered the societies. He agreed with Perseus ideas for destroying the old world order and seeing how power hungry the Kennedys were, made a pact with Perseus. This costed the brothers their lives. So even Perseus itself is a collective. A collective in destroying mankind’s habit of sin. Even the way of control and the way of systematic oppression. Templars want control of mankind. Assassins want free will for mankind.
