Today's game does allow many players to showcase their skills though, and we get the most out of them resulting in a very deep league of all star level players, plus the game doesn't take the same toll on their bodies overall. I do get sick and tired of seeing so many 3's, though this was tried by Don Nelson back in the day to some success, but it was fun back then because it was an outlier and not the norm, and I was in favor of it back then like I am of Cleveland's big lineup of today, or whatever is against the grain.
