A nice simple recipe Samuel, thank you Chef. My questions concern my love for Northern Indian food. Cashews make for a great addition to make a curry creamy. I would like to know 1) How long will this keep in the refrigerator? 2) Can this be frozen at all? Thank you, Chef,.
it's nice seeing nettles being used in unique ways. I mostly make soups each year to freeze, then dehydrate the rest for teas/infusions/hair rinse. And I only pick nettles when they are young and before they flower because that's what I've been taught I think it has to do with bladder stones but they're just also less buggy or not even buggy yet... you can use the seeds for food too. Very brave to be using no gloves @4:48
Is there a reason the ingredients for the sour cream were blended separately from the rest of the ingredients for the filling? Or is it possible to do it all at the same time?
Do you have to use soaked nuts if you’re going to make baked cheesecakes I used soaked almonds for my granolas cause soaked and dehydrated nuts tastes much cleaner beautiful cakes!
great video and I enjoyed watching, except PSA I heard that storing them in the fridge can actually make them toxic due a certain chemical process that takes place -- I put them in the fridge in the summer (and the potatoes had no sprouts) and felt really sick for a few hours before I'd heard this --
