If those foundations are not in the bedrock you can forget about tenants or continuing building this construction, won’t be safe live in. Plié foundations in the bedrock or it’s another melish court in Bletchley, an unsafe tower with shallow foundations not fit for purpose unsafe to live in✌️❤️🇬🇧
I wish all tall buildings in Manchester should have underground parking. It's aesthetically pleasing above ground look and feel. Surface car parks are an eyesore.

I'm sorry but no matter how fancy you make it sound it is a very bland, almost brutalist looking building that has absolutely nothing interesting about it. Simpson is really terrible at design he needs to retire now as people are very tired of his mediocrity.
Plenty of concrete & glass. Let’s hope that the landscaping around these buildings matches the height as if not, living next to the busiest roads in the city centre can only lead to cardio respiratory disease irrespective of short/long term stays.. Many many trees and lawns are needed to soften the blow of pollution and climate change 🌳🌳🌳
Only greedy developers build in Manchester they can build as high as they want ugly generic blocks no balconies no gardens I would hate to live in these no fresh air all block designs to maximise floor space and to cram as many units in a possible. Vile.
If they design future skyscrapers of the city a little more interesting and complex Manchester's skyline could be an incredible upgrade and redesign of the city. So far its looking decent but the growth is crazy, props to the people at renaker.
