My work encompasses art in many forms, from parkour, dance, photography, music, movement and improvisation, wrapped in a love of nature and the outdoors. I also spend a significant amount of my time writing, but that's another story.
Due to the breadth of my interests I often struggle to describe myself or my work in a way that I feel does justice to the central themes and motivations while remaining within designated word count restrictions, without sounding like a list of bullet points.
I am an artist by nature; a generalist and eternal student. I believe in the importance of developing strong intrinsic motivations, self-reliance, and a balance between the needs for expression and stimulation, both mental and physical. To that end, and to reflect the last 20 years of my training, I begun conceptualising a theory of non-martial arts, to capture the spirit of traditional martial arts within a creative framework that involves improvisation, exploration, and strength and conditioning.
Today I felt in love with this song and this extraordinary video that I didn't know till to this moment. They fit perfectly together. I' m sad that Esbjörn Svensson couldn't have seen it because he died a few months later. But perhaps Dan Berglund and Magnus Õstrom had the possibility to see it. Great work! Badly 😆 I just used the default film holder for my scanner which doesn't hold the film very flat. If you have a special holder that allows you to sandwich the film between anti-newton ring glass then you should be able to avoid it. The effect is only visible because you're seeing multiple similar frames one after the other, otherwise I doubt you'd notice.

I considered this only I didn't have an f5 so no 8fps. However I shoot movies at 8fps. This is good stuff. I would say it's a little faster than 8fps to be honest the action is a little "closer together" I think.
I saw EST only once - and met the band afterwards. A great gig and the guys were so happy to sign CD’s. Esbjorn Svensson will be greatly missed. Thank you for the fascinating posting.🙏☀️🇬🇧🙏

When i listen to this track every time i think my mom....i lost her 2 years ago and listening to this track makes me feel that her soul rests somewhere in piece....i miss her so much....!!!!
I was in Brighton last November and could not resist in swimming, but close the newer Pier and thinking to your video with this marvellous music: after more than a decade those images are fix in my mind. Compliments!
