yes coz as poison dot you'll need as high hit as you can for stacking poison dot damage, but as it's lazy & enough dps to clear t16, i think it's fine lol
tjs for commentbuddy, pob in description, yes its not a tanky build for sure but its way more than enough for like invitation rota / harvest farming etc~
Not for Frostblink of Wintry Blast. It is a cast without cooldown therefore you can cast on crit or trigger it with poet's pen and then lower the cooldown for poets pen to 10 triggers per second or more and there you have it... only possible this league because of CDR charms and such but a slower but still fast version will be possible next league.
I have NO DAMN IDEA what I am looking at I am not some capacity like Ziz or anything But with 2,5k hours in game I still don't understand how it can facetank shaper's beam (not to mention rest of the skills) with 1400 life and almost not seen drop
