Because as we all know Motor preferences are an exciting new addition to the Baseball world, providing invaluable insights into approaching each player individually. This innovation is sure to have a significant impact on player development in the future. However, with new things come growing pains, and I see these challenges daily on social media. Everyone is talking about motor preferences these days and seems to think they’re an instant expert/specialist in the field without truly being informed or knowing the ‘ins and outs’ of what motor preferences entail! Incorrect or incomplete information leads to misunderstandings and the formation of misguided opinions. So, when discussing these differences, let's make sure to provide accurate examples (Big part of your examples in this video are incorrect). God is great. My son is by far the best mechanics feilder on the team but struggles in team fielding competition. I talked to him just a few minutes ago about telling him that every time he fields the ball, it's for the winning out of the world series.

Practice with familiar things, like looking at an item in front of you and then close your eyes and try to see it with eyes closed. Or think of an elephant or anything you know what it looks like. This will exercise this ability, and soon you can do it about other things as well. Intend to have imagined reels happening for you, in your mind, and you may experience it happening on its own. Then from there, you maybe can exercise and cultivate this ability purposely. I have to intend about feeling appreciation or good feelings because I am numb, emotionally. But I also know the power of feeling states, and appreciation, esp regarding manifesting desired things into one's life.. so Intend, and it emerges for me at some point, or things show up in my reality that trigger these positive feelings. When we Intend and are open, things do tend to emerge for us. So it can be so for imagined things at will, as well. Hope that helps.

My daughter has a weak landing leg and sometimes her knee gives out. Any other drills we can work on our front side strong. She is throwing pitches in dirt because of collapsing and leaning forward.
