I suspect that was Lloyds original argument, having your own is good having extra is serial killer momento territory - however after seeing Tom's nose reaction he changed to you can have one to do a Shakespeare play

Good Luck Try to find an episode where Josh doesn't whine or think he's soooo funny. Why are they so obnoxious? Dementia patients are very unpredictable and can go from nice to violent in seconds, they're also hard to reason with, because of the dementia. Nelly was so sweet and making it to 104 years old is so wonderful❤
The last paramedic i got was terrible. I have marfan syndrome and was suffering severe back pain, not unlike the pain I had when My aorta tore last time. The paramedic told Me I should go to the gym to help with My back pain. That's exactly how most people with marfans dissect and die within minutes. He was so rude and I just handled it, I'll have to be half dead to call another ambo, just in case I get him again.
Paramedic Student from Germany here. You are right, that sounds absolutely horrible. In school/uni paramedics do definitely learn about Acute Aorta Syndrome and what that means for patients that have Marfan's Syndrome. Completely unacceptable.
