I see the War of 1812 as a missed opportunity for Canadians to declare their independence. It would have saved them hundreds of years of British taxes and bad trade deals.
My life has been a series of adventures. I like to call them "Chapters." Your life is like a book, as one "chapter" ends you turn the page and begin another adventure. Going to Alaska was on my bucket list of places to go, but I never made it. Now I'm an old man, with a broken body and a ton of memories to keep me company, as the light of my passage grows dim. I make way for the future adventurers, young men with a stout body and a strong will. They do a 1812 war reenactment in indiana every year with peiod clothing/ cooking/tools. Full reenactment with blanks in the muskets and cannons shooting giant smoke rings
if I had not joined the United States Marine Corps for two years in 1974, there would be no record of my life in the United States because Virginia purged me disowned me and disinherited me for my belief in God, Jesus Christ and the holy ghost. Because of that I have no respect for Thomas Jefferson or the seven other presidents from the state of Virginia, including Helen Marie Taylor, the wife of Jacqueline Taylor, the grandson of Zachary Taylor.
Chuck's story about his mom is pretty hilarious! Two Marine Corps Vets, my Uncle (John Phillip Yazzie, Force Recon, Vietnam) and brother,Kirk Tsosie (USMC, Iraq,Afghanistan) and about 5 friends who are all Vets. from Army to Navy, I thought about joining the Navy specifically in the Seals or in engineering or even the Seabees as a recruiter so proudly put it who was anglo but he never stereotyped me or my colleagues. The Marine recruiters never stereotyped either. This was in 1999 - 2000. Wait how old is this video...

As an American I love my brothers and sisters to the north of Canada. Probably one of the most solid bonds two bordering countries have in the world. Having said that I am disappointed how a lot of you have given up on freedom and let baby Castro take said freedom from you. Now I see the same thing attempting to happen here in America and I only hope we’re brave enough to hold the line. Wishing my people to the north the best cause things will only get worse before they get bad and things haven’t been getting any better the past decade.

It might amaze both American and Canadian people that absolutely none of conflicts that took place back then are ever mentioned within our educational system. I am 68 and it is only in the past ten years that I have been educating myself. My elderly sister has lived in the Toronto area since 67, I have even visited many of the sites mentioned without a clue as to what went on there. The UK used to be covered in oak trees, they were all cut down and used to build the navy. They took so long to grow and mature that it wasn't sustainable.
They should have taken and archived blood samples from all the kids and adults . all the familys , i would say that they would find chemicals in all the blood of the people who lived there b for they relocated the familys which took way too long anyway! I cannot imagine having to go through this with my two kids , the kids are all just innocent victims here its pure evil and greed that motivates these companys and our government. The United States was among the 1st Countries to do away with slavery, so let's not act as though they were hard core slaver a end. As British had territories that practiced slavery well after slave trade was ended in the USA, there is no high point for the British . They just hid it better. And of course why wouldn't they free slaves and give them training and guns. Duhhhh. But this guy speaking acts like the United States was among the last to end Slavery, when in reality it was 2nd . Considering the usual high quality of most WNED presentations this video was a disappointment. It is fairly amateurish and rambling with poor sound in many places, especially outdoors. Apparently, Mr. Leary will laugh at anything. Most annoying.

The Jews in the American government like to create scenarios and problems around the world to generate wealth and then they create the solution for the problems they created coming out on top as Heroes Heroes by coming up with a solution and heroes because they've generated wealth for them and their families the FBI does this somewhere in the Midwest usa they had informant become friends with couple of guys all under 25 and they were involved with anti government online chats rooms the fbi agent posed as a anti government person and push these men into trying to do terroristic acts around USA the FBI informant wanted these guys to shoot a RPG at a bridge and take the bridge out it was well documented that they did not want to do this but they were pressured and pushed into doing this by the FBI aging so the FBI gave them a fake RPG and they did not go with the plan but because they possessed the fake RPG it was enough for them to be charged with conspiracy and then all over the news immediate the FBI was held as stopping a horrific terrorist attack blowing up a bridge when in fact the plot was all created by the FBI they created the problem found a solution and came out as the heroes
to say the least: THIS has been the most thoroughly researched and cleanly laid out documentary i've watched in my whole life. no sides were taken, no overly emotional expressions used. this could be a proper example for any history student on how to write a proper paper about historic events. it's a fine piece of journalist work to me. no more, but surely no less by far! Great work!
