One of my biggest challenges is to realize I have no control over my life. But how can I see that? How can I know I'm not the one who controls his actions? Wasn't I the one who enjoyed writing for most of my life? Because I enjoy writing, but I'm not the one who writes? I want to comprehend what you say about not having control over life and our actions.
Thank you so much. I'm going through 'the dark night of the soul' at present. Your being, your words of wisdom and comfort, and your love of the natural world have really moved me. 🙏
I have to confess that I am NOT a RAP fan 😖 BUT if it gets such an important message to the new generation who will be in charge of our world in the future (long after I am compost) then I will most certainly fwd this!! ❤❤❤❤ I am someone who walks the talk & recycles, repurposes & upcycles every thing i possibly can!! If I can turn my 'Trash into Cash', I do 😊. Maybe one day I can visit you ??? Need to sell a lot more Trash tho, but who knows hey! 🤞🤞 Best wishes for your ongoing project ! ❤❤ Jo from Darling South Africa
Lyrics & Singing: Nicki Pepper J Recording & Sound mix: Tal Markus "Listen, we have an urgent matter to address The planets polluted consumerism has overstepped We improve by concerning & learning Only together can we keep the land flourishing Chorus X2: Make progress through, every step Let's walk the talk and clean up our mess Direct Effect through love & respect Reduce & Reuse Connect & Protect Everything you need is right here in the jungle Leave the wrapped snacks in the past this nature is bountiful Our progress is the process of learning Turning plastic into lumber, But we still produce much more than we need to clean, dry, and sort every piece Eliminate dissociate from single-use plastics Reduce renew choose what’s sustainably lasting Buried in the package and she’s running out of, breath Earth warrior put ya power to the test Set by example let's make an impact Together we give back Tuning into nature's track Okay, I got some not-so-fun facts Plastics only recycled once or twice before it's trash and the symbol doesn't mean that it's recyclable It’s just a code to identify the mold It takes hundreds of years to break down Turning into microplastics in the masses Seeping in the land & the oceans that are gaspin’, containing toxic chemicals leaching into the air water, and food What do we do???? Reduce and reuse Think of the youth Come on spread the news Think of the youth Reduce and Reuse Chorus: X2 Make progress through, every step Lets, walk the talk and clean up our mess Direct Effect through love & respect Reduce & Reuse Connect & protect"
I live in a small community house in Toronto. We have an agreement to use a minimal amount of plastic, only absolutely necessary. We use reusable bags, reusable cups and Thermoses for tea and coffee, we buy wholesale food for the house that is packed in boxes and large bags. Also Canada (Toronto) has a good system where garbage is divided into recycling, campost and garbage thus reducing waste. Still I have heard only a few percent (less than 10%) of recycling garbage is actually recycled 😭🙏❤️
Wonderful! 🙏 The first time i saw a video about your place was in 2011. Since then i dream of coming to you and stay for a little while. I hope it will happen! ❤
Almost every word he said I've been thinking about lately, the last few months more than ever. At the same time, I really liked watching someone talking so slowly and kindly, because it was like hearing what I was looking at and was afraid of, in gentle words. The strangest thing of all is, that: although I love to eat, two days ago I said to myself "Wow, I don't like to be very full after eating" ¡Thank you!
