Hi John, my name is Sharon from Victoria, Australia and I recently purchased a similar folder however the folding bar with the name plate is missing. I would like to make a replica piece as close to original and was hoping you might be able to tell me where I could find more information on the bender. Any manuals or diagrams would really help. Thanks, Sharon
always loved 105E, had a few in the 70s/80s, put a 1600 crosflow in one cortina back axle, single leaf van springs, capri front struts with disc brakes, Escort bobble arches all round 10 x13 Steel banded wheels on rear and 7 x 13 banded steels on front, really loved that car, wish I had it now, sold it to a mate for £250 in 1976
ye cant beat the aul handy work as they say god bless the turf thas the work of the hand u will enjoy the heat from the fire at the end of it all knowin that u earnt it
Hi, I just stumbles across this video. I now own 762UXC!! I’m trying to find out all the history. Could you pass any info on? Who built it etc? Regards, Dave.
I Never found out. I changed every sensor and replaced ecu and same problem! I think broken wire in engine wiring loom. I scrap engine and wiring then fit Z20let engine.
general mistake is that everything has its limits, ...not in car business :))) there is no limit in transformation or restoration of a car. NICE JOB by the way!!!
Always liked these cars; they have character and are easy to modify for more performance. Seems like they would do well in the muddy hillclimb trials, as they are short wheelbase and light, but apart from a single estate car, I've yet to see one out there.
Thanks Tim. No I have not made a video of making one. There is a couple days work in each sculpture so it would take a lot of footage and hours to edit. so I have not done one yet!
This is a really stunning art piece 👏 You should make some videos of how they're made kinda like how Bobby duke arts does. Some day I'd love to get one made of a Frenchie, need to save my €'s for a while first
