I hope we never get a Paris Baguette in Canada; in one of their South Korean production plants, a 23 year old worker died; according to workers on scene at the time of the accident, as soon as her body was pulled out of the dough mixer, management directed everyone to go bck to work for the rest of the day. Sounds like a company obsessed with profit over basic human dignity, maybe a few of their plant managers in S. Korea need to be sent to prison work farms.
I'm so honored to have a Paris Baguette just a couple miles away from me in Birmingham, MI! I have yet to physically visit, but I've ordered from there before and everything I've gotten was delicious! I can only assume the physical place is amazing as well~
A 23 year old worker died in a Paris Baguette factory in Korea because her apron got sucked into a machine. Her coworkers had to pull her remains out of the machine and had to continue working. The company told the coworkers they must come back and work the next day. The machine in question wasn't even removed and a white cloth was draped over it and workers still had to work nearby. This is becoming a huge issue in Korea.
Can you also use delivery apps to reach out to many people who is far alway from your bakery shops. I think this is good option for more people to reach out and expand. This is my opinion only.
