I try a matte coat but after getting dryer, I touch it and everything goes off . It looks dry but is not, and my base color is black, I let is dry and because is to shiny, I put the matte but doesn’t work for me.

I’m going to practice with a plastic thumbnail first. Then try it on my own, or paint them on plastic then glue them on LOL! I so love this.

Do you find that the holo effect fades after a day or two? Mine look amazing when I apply but within a day, the holo effect is gone. Unless maybe my top coat is super bad?
