By promoting them, your videos will reach more people, allowing them to understand and learn from the tips you provide. This will prepare them to engage in real estate. Without advertising, you won't reach your audience. Therefore, your videos should be promoted in targeted locations and countries.
I’m going into year 2 as an agent and this business is tough! I started with $80k in savings, moved, ditched my full time job and dived head first into real estate in a new state. 1.5 years in, my savings were depleted and I was exhausted. I had a few transactions but not what I was used to with my previous jobs. Luckily I landed a non-demanding remote position with good pay and benefits! So now I do my remote job, which doesn’t take up a lot of my time, and real estate, both full time. I feel better, less stressed, my bills are paid on time, there is food on the table, I can get my teeth cleaned lol, etc. My advice to anyone just starting out, don’t quit your day job until you are consistently closing transactions!!!

I was so meant to hear this today. I've been reading a book called The Temple within, and it's about how we don't necessarily have to go to Church or a Temple to be with God, he is already in us. However, in order for us to awaken the spirit in us, we should grow our relationship with Christ to get closer to his Father. Additionally, I've been having doubts about even pursuing a real estate career, especially with the way the economy is right now, but when you said that prayer at the end asking for guidance and using us as an image bearer to help others and trying to figure out who I am by getting closer to the lord, that's literally what I've been asking God in my prayers. That gave me the chills and got me emotional 😢 You are heaven sent 🙏 ❤️

I've been a realtor for one year so I'm still learning and trying to find "my niche." You're right when you said, "don't overthink it." That's me!
