Mine is working well! I really like this Darkseid, for a price of 39.99 dollars, what exact quality you guys are expecting? This is not a charity event!!!
nah that neck articulation is needed for every spawn i get someone who like marvel legends would consider that an unneeded function but nah it is needed once u get enough basic figures you'll be screw in terms of possing with out it.
Yeah the cape seems to be too narrow at the top...it should drape his shoulders. That's why it doesn't pose well. Not as bad as darkseid but it's the same for that 2 pack batman bane. Needs to drape over the shoulders. If u make it narrow at the top and it's glued down....rest of the cape can't be posed...lol oh Todd....smh.
I don't get mad about the arms popin off so much. I mean these aren't toys to play with. Mcfarlane makes them to simply look nice on your shelf. I know we like to pose them but you know...we dont do too much handeling them you know. For his swapable hands i squeeze the hing on both side before pulling out of the peg whole. That way the hinge doesn't loosen.
@@THECREATOROFBRICKS2000 same thing with the Batman Darksied guy from Death metals wave, mine cap WITHOUT THE ARM SOCKED!!!! The arm is only kept in place by the bicep
If your wondering why the line is completely off the rails with horrible sculpts and everything else (besides this one darksied looks great) just take a look at what Todd was wearing at comicon a maroon short sleeved turtleneck he has completely lost his mind
Typical McFarlane Toys Mega Figures? Why is no one raising this poor quality assurance to Todd's face during interviews? These arw action figures meant for play! Pathetic! Save money on this one 😂
Bootleg Turbo-Man had me rolling bro! 😂 Todd dropped the ball with this one. I know so many people were looking forward to this one.. the pre order sold out quick. Great review Pac🤙🏻
It's not a kids toy like turbo man so it doesn't mean much if arms pop off. I mean were adults. We don't need our parents to put it back on for us. He's still great. It's simple, has that classic curby look, I love this guy.
Chad superman lol Man yeah that is disappointing, I passed on it, I hate tons of little things that do add up to feeling meh about it, I need to tighten up some joints on a handful of random companies figs actually
Dude…love the look, love the belt, love the cape, all the hands. Its a GREAT fig for the price. Best robin yet! (Did chop his ankle/calf down cuz yea too big)
I was very hyped when I saw it but there are two things I don't from the reviews: The scaling as you mention, and the collar from the cape. Feels like in a couple of years is going to look ridiculous
I clicked on it because it's Tim. 2:50 How dare you? That's Dan Mora art! 3:40 That's odd. 3:50 That's neat. 4:55 This Tim is way too tall. Should be as (not) tall as the Robin Reborn one, which in turn should ideally be shorter still (and far less bulky, yes) to reflect most of Tim's time in his original costume. And yeah, it looks even siller next to that Batman.
Great review! I have the original 3 figure set and I am glad these figures are getting a re-release. As someone else posted, is is a shame the back of the wings were not painted black but I am glad they made the hinges on the wings red unlike the ugly black hinges on the original figure. I really, really hope McFarlane is able to give us a Batman Beyond Batmobile. DC Direct killed it with their animated figures and especially their vehicles from the Batcycle to the Batmobile to the truly impressive Batwing. The glaring omission was the Batman Beyond Batmobile. I don't know if DC Direct already had plans for it and never released it but seeing how well McFarlane Toys did with the Flash Batwing, 89 Batmobile, the Tumbler and the upcoming movie Batman & Robin Batmobile I have no doubt McFarlane Toys could do an amazing Batman Beyond Batmobile. That would be a day 1 purchase for me.
