First first person I seen in a long time who actually use the foilers on a bald fade or “skin fade” this is a bald fade (I’m from Detroit) so we called it a bald fade. But any way this is the way they taught us in barber school. But once I got out no one was doing this method. They just “bald out” with trimmers only. 🤦🏽♀️😩🙄

This still works for the UK model (BAB8700U). Using the wahl 2191 blades - note they're also selling the blade follower on Amazon in the UK if you'd like a spare in case you want to revert back to the stock blades or mess up the cutting somehow. Thanks!

I had a haircut like this for the first time about a year ago and at first I was sort of taken back. I had never heard of a barbor using a straight edge in a fade, but pretty soon afterwards, the straight edge became my favorite part of the whole haircut process.
I'd love to be sitting in your chair, and having you give me a haircut like this, I'd be sitting there enjoying every minute of it while you were buzzing it that short on the top, but I would really want you to razor shave the back and sides all the way up a little bit higher than the poridal ridge area, and that high all the way around my head from side to side.
