Really enjoyable to watch more traditional TKD grading without the Olympic influence . This is a fine example of how TKD grades should be . Well done to all involved.

At this point in their training, their instructors/masters/etc know how their power is, and are watching for technique and power. It is not always necessary to hit a bag or a board to display your abilities.
What Master Ra and his family have created is such a masterpiece. I miss training with them. Master Ra is such an amazing teacher in and out of the Dojang, I gotta say I would never be the man I am today if I god hadn't brought Master Ra and his wonderful family into my life. Thank you so much for the knowledge and wisdom you gave me and continue to give me.
We couldn’t let COVID-19 stop our hard working students from achieving their goals. So much work went into making this happen but it was so worth it! Each one of the testees have put in years of hard work and endless hours of preparation for this testing and this season especially required lots of self-motivation. These students were not only challenged mentally and physically, but this weekend they proved that their determination can help them overcome anything! Thank you to Chief Master John Ra for setting the bar high for all our students and pushing us to reach our full potential. And finally, thank you to the ABBC Instructors for always encouraging students towards excellence! See you back in your virtual classes!
