Mali pagkabit ng c collar. Chin support must be on the chin not in front or behind ng chin which will choke your patient. Also @ 5:54 mali pag lagay sa ked sa head ng pt. Kitang kita gunalaw ulo ng pt. May padding dapat para ma fill ung space sa head at ked.

If may video kasi sana sa pag unboxing, then it is a good support for reporting. Otherwise, hesitant na mga sellers ngayon kasi marami na rin mga customers na sinisira na sadya lalo na ayaw nila ang product.

Also got the same problem just recently. That’s why, next time, make sure that the “store” you are buying the product should have high ratings from customers, or the product has been sold many times. Otherwise, those stores that are sounding “non-legit”, avoid buying from these to avoid these kind of problems.

Practically, go with the basics. Follow the steps. BUT in actuality, you cannot go with the 1-2-3s. Follow based on your assessment kung saan at ano ang priority and least priority. It’s still effective if you’re doing it your way kasi ikaw pa rin ang may “right judgment based on your own assessment. “

If you have encountered a non-scripted drill in YT videos, same thing din nangyayari. Makakalimutan talaga ang 1-2-3 ng procedure just like us. In real-life scenarios, usually nangyari rin. But, a lesson to evaluate and learn after. Thanks for the comment.

I have had the same experience, ang nangyari it took about a day lng may refund, but not with the credit card, but napunta sa coins. Otherwise yung option mo is thru bank refund it will take about a month. Not so sure this time kasi naiba na policy nila. Please chat customer service. Thanks

Yea maam. If from abroad, it will be returned as Lazada coins/money na maaari mong pambili ulit. I’m not sure if locally purchased. Mas mahirap kausap ang mga local stores. Hehehe

Oh my! Hihihi. Wallet is where your "cash-in" amount keep into. Coins, yun yung received thru games or cracking the egg, or making a review. But generally the same, only that the latter is free.

What if po sa 3 item na naorder ko sa isang shop. Ang isa dun maling item ang pinadala, kaya i request for a return/refund for that specific item. Yun lang po ba ang e papack ko for return or lahat ng order ko dun sa shop ang ibabalik ko? But if kung yung isang item lang yung erereturn ko, yung packaging na ginamit nila yun parin ba gagamitin ko? Thanks in advance po sa pagsagot.

Same sir, wrong item rin natanggap ko, i ordered DVD karaoke with free one platinum mic tas nong dumating na ay powerbank yung dumating, i chatted the seller na mali ung item na idenilever nya sakin, sabi nya tama daw ung item na inilagay sa package pero sakin pagbukas ko mali nmn, ibang item ung laman ng package na natanggap ko, nakabayad na ako sa delivery guy tas umalis agad ung delivery guy, buti nlng kilala nmin ung delivery guy na yun bcuz suki ako non eh, always un nagdedeliver ng item na inorder ko, speaking of which balik tayo sa seller, ung seller ay ipinaglalaban na ung item na pinackage ay tama, pero natanggap ko ay mali at andami kong proof na mali tlg ung item na nareceive ko, nag ayus ako ng refund form at nereject nya ito, nagdispute ako ng form tas antayin nlng daw ung dispute team kong anong desisyon nila, nakakabadtrip ang seller, nagreason pa sya na hindi nmn basi sa topic na sinasabi ko, nag reason sya na always daw nananakawan sila at madaming malilikot ang kamay kaya daw siguro nagkamali ang item pero nakita nya daw na tamang item ung nilagay sa package, it's so hard to deal with this rude seller, anytips po pano marefund or mareplace yung wrong item sa right item na inorder ko po?

Ganun din kua ang nangyari sa inorder ko dko nmn pinindot ang received sa delivery pero nkita ko successfully delivered na..dko pinipindot gift ang ipinadala ng seller gawa ng hnd dw available.. pero pg dting dw ng neck pillow marerefund na ang binayad ko.. nagtry aq ireturn kht hnd na daw ireturn kc gift nga dw.. yng refund ko nireject din.. se seller paulit ulit nlng ang tanong s chat

They tend to deliver wrong items. I’d already had 3 orders and all of these were delivered with wrong items. They won’t reply to any message either.

Pag may na chat po kayo sa Lazada, may refund namn agad ngunit sa wallet na sya papasok. Not so sure if debit at credit cards gamit sa payment kasi meron din ako mga purchases na ko alam na pumasok yung refund.
