If may video kasi sana sa pag unboxing, then it is a good support for reporting. Otherwise, hesitant na mga sellers ngayon kasi marami na rin mga customers na sinisira na sadya lalo na ayaw nila ang product.
Also got the same problem just recently. That’s why, next time, make sure that the “store” you are buying the product should have high ratings from customers, or the product has been sold many times. Otherwise, those stores that are sounding “non-legit”, avoid buying from these to avoid these kind of problems.
Practically, go with the basics. Follow the steps. BUT in actuality, you cannot go with the 1-2-3s. Follow based on your assessment kung saan at ano ang priority and least priority. I have had the same experience, ang nangyari it took about a day lng may refund, but not with the credit card, but napunta sa coins. Otherwise yung option mo is thru bank refund it will take about a month. Not so sure this time kasi naiba na policy nila. Please chat customer service. Thanks

Yea maam. If from abroad, it will be returned as Lazada coins/money na maaari mong pambili ulit. I’m not sure if locally purchased. Mas mahirap kausap ang mga local stores. Hehehe
Oh my! Hihihi. Wallet is where your "cash-in" amount keep into. Coins, yun yung received thru games or cracking the egg, or making a review. But generally the same, only that the latter is free.
What if po sa 3 item na naorder ko sa isang shop. Ang isa dun maling item ang pinadala, kaya i request for a return/refund for that specific item. Yun lang po ba ang e papack ko for return or lahat ng order ko dun sa shop ang ibabalik ko? But if kung yung isang item lang yung erereturn ko, yung packaging na ginamit nila yun parin ba gagamitin ko? Thanks in advance po sa pagsagot.

Hello po. I saw your comment about Tao Bao collections po sir. Ano po reason bakit hindi po kaya na-refund? I bought rin po kasi from Tao Bao pero I received wrong item rin :(
Pag may na chat po kayo sa Lazada, may refund namn agad ngunit sa wallet na sya papasok. Not so sure if debit at credit cards gamit sa payment kasi meron din ako mga purchases na ko alam na pumasok yung refund.
@@S9AH may pinaprint kasi si lazada na return label may barcode kasi po don eh Ang kaso Hindi Siya colored Nong pinaprint ko pero salamat na din sa sagot sir subukan ko nlang :)
