Hi Alex, sorry so late getting back to you! I added the cello part, but this is David's own orchestral reduction available from Maslanka Press. The cello part is so integral, I decided to add it in. I think it works great.
@@jameyvz Wow I asked this question three years and just now saw your reply. I agree the cello just adds a new level and is what David intended. Was there any altering of the piano reduction since the cello was added?
