tiny nitpick while they woukdnt know what tvs are, videos and films definitely exist in teyvat there are multiple quests of you helping npcs shoot scenes we literally have 2 camera devices and we had an entire flagship event in fontaine for a film festival film tech isnt new in teyvat idk why dottores acting like it is
23:34 rollercoasters or similar things also somewhat exist, we had a rollercoaster in the 3.8 summer event it wouldnt eb too much of a stretch for dottore to know about rollercoasters i dont think

if you don't know, the primordial one are heavenly principles and sovereigns are stronger than archons but neuvillette because he is a reincarnation and lacks combat experience. unlike the archons who have been to war. but neuvillette is the only character who is referred to as "the enemy of humanity" and he can destroy teyvat alone if he wants to lol
