Well done Wale and Precious. One thing about us from Nigeria is that we don’t want to pay attention to no traffic rules. May be it’s as a result of people not getting through driving schools and writing the tests or because we don’t get penalized often when we violate the traffic laws.. Painfully, there are a lot of irregularities here in lagos that have become regularized due to the ways they have been handled over the years.
