I think the power of ai in art and music is to make the general feel or effect of what you want It doesn't compare to bach's genuis writing and it probably never will, but if you have a movie for example and you music for the backround it can create a good enough result We shouldn't be scared of it or hate on the ai it's a tool to make our lives better :)
Sounds like a means in which to pacify the worker into submission towards being more productive and agreeable. The notion of my robot buddy releasing some smell based on hearing my voice, or that another buddy with an ugly house plant on its head plays music to calm me down, sends a chill, and would likely result in little buddy getting smashed up. The notion of working with 'non humans' is not entirely new, but it seems like not a very good point if those non humans are placating a corporate environment, rather than softening it.

I’m sure they hire real musicians to provide feedback, music theory is not that hard to understand really. Nevertheless, it’s still lacking life, it’s just too dull and lifeless.
