Mushrooms do leave some water but make sure you are not soaking them in water, simply wash your mushrooms in running water and let them dry . After that when you will make this Recipe they won't leave too much water.

You can eat this in your weightloss journey it's good. But protein powder is sweet if you add that then it might taste a bit weird. If you want to add protein powder, try my overnight soaked oats recipe in that you can add nuts and protein powder🙂
@@marthalaaparnau can add unflavoured protein powder. And nuts.. a cup of yogurt is abt 150 gm plus 75 gms of 0ats plus 30gms of protein powder plus nuts fruit etc.. that's a very heavy breakfast . Divide it and use for 2 days if u take my suggestion

These are crispy from outside and a bit chewy from inside but if you don't like it chewy bake it for 15-18 minutes. You can store it in any air tight container😊
