I like to get to know about my classmates so I can manipulate them later. Use the information and exploit them. Make them needy and dependant on others so you can easily abuse them.
I appreciate the great information included in this video. Many people are afraid of silence and therefore use filler words, such as 'um.' Unfortunately, these filler words detract from the potency of the information being provided. I myself have a hard time creating videos. I am not comfortable in front of a camera. Although it is difficult, one must do their best to remain calm, and get their point across while allowing some silence.

For Rogerian essays, a thesis can be how you identify the middle ground and explain why that middle ground is important for two sides to agree upon. Then in your conclusion, you can explore the potentials for shifting the conversation or topic once people can find this middle ground.
