Kim Coles SWEARS she was fired so she wouldn’t outshine Kim Wayans. Girl, please! Coles was only ever hired for being pretty and dating Keenen, while Kim was hired for being funny. Yes she was a sister to Keenen but she proved she deserved to be there, week in and week out with memorable characters like Benita Buttrelle and Lil’ Magic. Plus her hilarious impressions of 80’s and 90’s female entertainers. In fact Kim Wayans got into stage acting BEFORE ALL of her brothers. She honed her skills, by the time she was nepo-hired. And I know Keenen. He wouldn’t have let any skit on the air that wasn’t funny for anything in the world. No matter if it was his sister’s. He was a hard-ass with the entire cast. Kim Coles you were awesome on Living Single. Not funny. But awesome. Just don’t compre your talents to Kim Wayans’. Night and Day, girlfriend.
