@@RookieMTB420 brandon crashed bren didn't. It's a freeride event not a slopestyle event plus brandons hits where small & he only won as his friends made up the judging pannel
As cool as Semenuk is, even he said he was surprised to win. His run was great, smooth controlled amazing. Godzieks run though, was as crazy and high energy as it gets. The whole crowd knew he won. ...................................................... Funny, those on here saying the trails were way easy, c'mon dude. Get out there and give it a go! Whip a double on us show us how easy it is! Yeah there's nothing to it. That canyon gap, the big one, any pussy can do that.
@marklopez5267 hell yee.. well i been riding ever since I stop uploading videos . I prob been riding more than before. Its just the fact that i don't have much time to edit etc now. I have 4 kids after work that i take care off and take most of my time. But i will be uploading sick videos. Been on a 2022 sworks enduro fully customized af. Prob do a bike check video soon.! 🤘
@RookieMTB420 glad to hear bro! I feel you. Just had my 2nd child so riding time is at an all time minimum right now haha im enjoying it tho cuz they grow up too quick! Hopefully we can catch a ride in laguna some time 🤙
Wait a minute! After go you go down that big rock roll/chute you come to the fire road. How are you getting to all of those other rock features? We must have gotten lost.
Looks like a great trail! When you say "Laguna," are you referring to the Laguna Beach area, or Laguna Niguel, or...? I started mountain biking in the San Diego area in the mid-80s, and live up in the Seattle area now. Watching this video, and many others from SoCal, I can say that the one thing I don't miss living up here is the ruts on trails. There basically are none up here. And man...some of those SoCal ruts have absolutely kicked my butt in years past.
@@RookieMTB420 I hear ya! Been there! Up here in the PNW, the technical challenges tend to be tree roots and rocks. But fortunately, ruts are few and far between, and the crash landings tend to be on slightly softer surfaces than in SoCal.
I put a lot of labor into that trail. I ❤️’ed it. Sadly, I moved. If you ride the A line option/drop, right were the trails meet again, you will find my tools on top of a giant stone. I’m sure they’re still there.
@austinsquires-zklf use to be my fav trails .yeeah every since my 1st time trying that a line drop i always take it. Feel like if i dnt i will not get use to it since i would ride it all the time. But i haven't been to laguna in a while and was thinking of going today. Good looking out brotha m such a fun trail.🤘
Didn't want to comment specifically on the recent MTB video but those are the trails behind the art school, correct? Planning a trip out to that area soon and don't want to miss those trails.
@@damiansmith391 last time i check. They made a lil trail to ride up only for the concrete part to the end of stairs steps after that u still hike up stair steps. Iam so use to it goes by quick.
