My goal is to 'uncomplicate' Indian cooking, whether it is preparing a simple dish like Palak Paneer or a more challenging one like Gulab Jamun. Detailed instructions, precise ingredient lists, and time and effort-saving tips will aid cooks of all experience levels to prepare dishes that are unfamiliar to them.

Indian cooking is can be quite complex and daunting to those less familiar with it. With hectic contemporary lifestyles, not only beginners, but many experienced cooks also find traditional Indian dishes to be labor-intensive and time-consuming to prepare at home. Over the years I have developed methods and techniques to overcome many of these obstacles which I would like to share with all of you.
