Great video! How much simple syrup did you end up adding to the batch? I have about 45oz from the sugar which looks like a lot more than you used in the video
do you have any reccomendations for vegan cheeses that melt but arent cashew? im allergic and it makes it so hard to find anything :( the boursin plant based cheese is good but its not very versatile lol
Cut the ocra, put it aside, add vinegar of your choosing and half a lemon juice with a few bits,4 dents of garlic chopped up,olive oil of your choosing, one tomato, some oregano as you see fit,get everything cooking for a fee minutes and then add the okra.Cook until the snot disseapers.I just had that and it tasted very good.Very bright side dish.
I just love your content. Thanks for sharing. Soooo I made my first batch, and I forgot to put water in the air lock. I didn't realize it until I opened my office door, and it smelled like eggs 🫣😫 but after I added the water it was fine. But I also forgot to check the S.G 🤦🏽♀️
Don't boil your miso! It kills most of the nutrients. Add it in the end after turning off the stove. You'll get more flavor and most of the probiotics as well.
Oh I'm so thankful I found ur channel its a inspiration for me I just told mu daughter I was going to start makeing my wine again me and my dad use to make it in the basement. I'm celebrating him he would if been 103 this year. Thank y for the inspiration and strawberries 🍓 is my favorite 😍
Thanks for the video, I just made my first batch of wine all thanks to you and your video both here and IG. Today is my first day of fermentation but looking forward, I'm not really into dry wine. So, at what point do I add sweetener?
My favorite purple cabbage juice blend (that I also have as a mocktail when mixed with seltzer water and tonic water) is purple cabbage, red/purple grapes, 1/4-1/2 cucumber, LOTS of ginger, and keylimes or limes 💜💜💜 It's so bomb!
Loved the video!❤ Just a word of advice, turn the gain down on your microphone, because it was too loud the whole video. There was a lot of hissing that distracted from what you were saying. Other than that the video was perfect. Thanks❤
@@ami_witha_k Frozen fruits can become watery and softer after thawing because the freezing process causes ice crystals to form, which rupture the fruit's cell walls. It happens to all fruit!
