👍👍👍 .. now there is a coincidence. This post just popped up on my feed. I had a very similar meal earlier this evening .. Rice - Tuna - Onion - Garlic - Tomato - Balsamic (not Aceto .. hence the Edit) Vinegar - Sweet Chilli Sauce - Mixed Herbs - Salt - Black Pepper and Cayenne Pepper. Prepared slightly differently but the end result was the same .. delicious 😋. I must definately try this version with the other ingredients added and as a one-pot preparation. You Tube must be somehow spying on me .. 😁. Thanks for sharing 😊.
A classic simple and nutritious meal idea. Some things to consider - If you cook with Tuna several times a week you increase risk of health issues including degenerative brain diseases from Mercury poisoning. Once a week is advisable. Also I feel like this meal gets over-cooked because of trying to cook the rice within the meal, rather than cook rice separately. The longer you apply heat to food, you are reducing its nutrient value. Although some foods increase certain nutrients when heated - Lycopene from tomatoes for example, so there is no issue with the tomato base of this meal, but the peas and tuna (which both have the highest nutrient value from the ingredients) did not need to be cooked, only quickly heated.
Ciao und vielen Dank für dein leckeres Rezept.. ich liebe als Halbitaliener Pasta, werde mir heute für zwei Tage eine Pastasauce mit weißen Bohnen zubereiten, diese ist sehr schnell zubereitet, einfach zwei Tuben Tomatenmark mit einem halben Liter Wasser verrühren, ein paar Knoblauchzehen klein schneiden und hinzugeben, dann zwei Doseninhalte weiße Bohnen, Chiliflocken, Cayennepfeffer, Gemüsebrühe, etwas Sonnenblumenöl (Olivenöl ist mir gerade zu teuer), alles vermischen und ca. 30 Min. köcheln.. danach Pasta nach Wahl dazu kochen und anrichten.. liebe Grüße aus Braunschweig und bleibt gesund 🙃
За немски и италиански вкус сигурно е вкусна тази салата, защото консумирате странни неща, напр.сладко зеле Но нашите български баби не слагат на салата с домати оцет, черен пипер и чесън Правим салата с домати, лук, чушки, може и краставици, овкусяваме с олио или зехтин и слагаме бяло сирене, може и пресно(моцарела). Без макарони и пасти.
