Hi Karen. I have taken 3 separate Scrum Courses but I still haven't been able to get a job. After achieving my PSM1 I got an interview with Fidelity and I got the job but after 4 months they determined that I did not have the real skills of a scrum master and I was let go. After this I learned my lesson. Do not embelish your resume and so now I'm stuck
I am so sorry to hear that. The good thing is you now know that no one will keep paying you huge sums if you can't meet delivery expectations. Everyone needs a coach and mentor. Agile does not work. LOL?? Agile works. Full stop The reason they do not like AGILE, is because they do not want discipline. Trust and believe Agile works and the government is demanding it. Also, Agile holds people accountable. The reason "agile does not work". Is because people are getting caught, for their bad behavior. BTW, you have a GREAT GREAT channel. Can you please give more detail on what you mean by updating the Scrum Board ? Is it the Comments, placing the Story in In Progress or the Details section and Acceptance Criteria ?

You simply have fill the form correctly, get the correct picture, and hope and pray. It's not increasing your change. It's just following instructions. Hi Karen, You are really wonderful as always in this query as well. I am currently working as a Scrum Master for DevOps team. I have a question. My delivery head has been stressing that SM should know DevOps technicals eventhough I explain everything about SM role and responsibilities. My bad luck is that none of my co managers and heads in my org doesn’t really know what scrum is and don’t allow me to explain. I see it as waterfall mindset. But client does understand thankfully. What can I do in this situation? Due to working as a SM to DevOps I really am now out of learning zone of velocity planning, capacity planning and all other metrics. Please give me your advice on your course on which level suits me ? I am PSM 1 and PSM 2 certified already.
Just a suggestion. The training & mentoring contact box at the lower right corner is very distracting. Especially for a person like me with visual impairment.
